Urashima Keitaro, 20 year old loser (never went out, made out, got laid...)

parent's house for financial reasons (parents can't feed him ^_^). He is told to go to his Grandma's: Hinatasou (Hinata Inn). He soon finds out that it is
a girl's dorm and that Hina (his grandma) took a vacation and left him to be the Kanrinrin (manager) of it.
To his misfortune he

and Urashima Haruka (Keitaro's Aunt, smokes a lot, drinks with Kitsune sometimes ^_^). Which one will he fall for?
